Our MOQ varies by product type:

We offer factory-direct pricing with tiered discounts. The more you order, the better the price. Long-term partners enjoy annual rebates or extra discounts. Please note: we serve businesses only — no retail.
Lead time depends on order type:
In-stock orders: 7–10 days
Custom orders: 20–40 days
During peak seasons, we can schedule production in advance to ensure on-time delivery.
For bulk orders: T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For samples: we accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union, WorldFirst, and XTransfer.
We offer DDP door-to-door service in most regions worldwide. If you have your own shipping agent, we can coordinate with them and track the shipment until it reaches your designated warehouse.
Yes, sample making is supported. A sample fee applies (partially refundable upon bulk order confirmation). Customers must provide high-resolution vector files for artwork. We do not offer free repeated layout revisions, but we provide one free mockup. The sample fee is quoted based on your specific designs, and the sample lead time is 7–10 days.
