TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all B2B transactions conducted between Haoyuan Aroma (“we”, “us”, “our”) and our clients (“you”, “your”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

3. Orders and MOQ

All orders are subject to our Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements, which vary by product category. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

4. Sample Policy

Sample making is supported. A sample fee applies, which is partially refundable upon bulk order confirmation. Customers must provide high-resolution vector files for artwork. We do not offer free repeated layout revisions, but provide one free mockup.

5. Payment Terms

For bulk orders: T/T with 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. For samples: T/T, PayPal, Western Union, WorldFirst, and XTransfer are accepted.

6. Production and Delivery

We commit to delivering products within the agreed lead time. However, we shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure, supplier disruptions, or shipping carrier issues. In-stock orders: 7–10 days. Custom orders: 20–40 days.

7. Shipping and Risk of Loss

We offer DDP door-to-door service in most regions worldwide. If you use your own shipping agent, we will coordinate with them. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or your designated warehouse.

8. Inspection and Acceptance

You are responsible for inspecting all goods upon receipt. Any claim regarding product defects or shortages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. Failure to do so will constitute acceptance of the goods.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our products conform to the agreed specifications at the time of shipment. We make no other express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our products or services shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Intellectual Property

All product designs, packaging designs, and related materials developed for you remain your property upon full payment. Our logos, brand names, and product images are our intellectual property and may not be used without our written consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
