Diffuser Warranty

At HYAROMA, we stand behind our products. All our diffusers come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

The warranty does not cover the following circumstances arise from the using of the diffuser:

  • Malfunctions caused by using essential oils that are not solely 100% pure essential oils such as fragrance oils, oil or water-based essential oils, concentrates, massage oils, diluted oils.

  • Malfunctions caused by negligence of use such as mishandling of the diffusers, scratches or stains caused by dirt or other factors, disassembling, modifying or repairing on own.

In the event where your diffuser arrived is defective or damaged, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped at no cost to you. The defective or damaged diffuser must be unopened or unused wherever applicable and must be returned for an exchanged.

All diffusers are sold as is and no refunds will be issued.
