Refunds & Exchange Policy

All products (essential oils and diffusers) are sold as is and no refunds will be issued.

However, we do understand that things happen, so we're help to help. While we do not allow refunds, you may be eligible for an exchange (top ups may be required for price difference).

Get in touch with us at customer.care@hyaroma.com with your order number and our team will be happy to assist you.

Conditions for Exchange:

In order for the products to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • The products were purchased in the last 7 days

  • The products are in the original packaging. Product is unused, unopened with original packaging intact, and in selling condition.

The following products cannot be exchanged:

  • Essential oils made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Gift cards over the expiration dates

  • Missed workshops and classes due to personal reasons other than that of medical-reasons

We reserve the right to refuse exchange of any products that does not meet the above exchange conditions at our sole discretion.

Exchanging Products

Please contact us by e-mail to customer.care@hyaroma.com with your order details within 7 days of your order. Once the exchange is approved, HYAROMA will proceed with the exchange.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products to us for the exchange. We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund or exchange without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
