What is the difference between the Aero SM and Soni SM diffusers?

While both are beautiful design objects, the main difference between them is that the Aero SM is an atomizing diffuser, meaning it atomizes essential oils directly into the air from the bottle, no water needed. This creates a richer, more evocative scent; while the Soni SM is ultrasonic which uses water and
essential oils. It uses extremely small mist-like vapour to diffuse the essential oils.

How is the Aero SM diffuser waterless?

Aerosol diffusers atomise essential oils directly into the air from the bottle, no water needed. Simply insert the essential oil bottle into your diffuser to create a rich, evocative scent you can take with you, no matter where life takes you.

How do I charge my diffuser?

The diffusers come with a DC 5V/2A to USB plug. Simply attached it to a charging adapter to charge your diffusers.

What's the diffuser time of the Aero SM diffuser?

You can select to diffuse between 1 / 2 / 5hrs.

What's the diffuser time of the Soni SM diffuser?

You can select to diffuse between 2 / 8 / 16hrs.

How big of a space does Aero SM scent?

The coverage area is up to 1200 sq.-ft.

How big of a space does Soni SM scent?

The coverage area is up to 800 sq.-ft.

What are the diffusers made from?

Designed with careful attention to detail and handcrafted with love, our diffusers are carefully handcrafted polyresin stone tops.

Do your diffusers come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a free one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. Refer to our warranty policy for more information.

Is there a diffuser manual?

Yes, within the product box, there is all the information you’ll need to start using your diffuser.

Where are your oils sourced from?

In order for essential oils to have a therapeutic effect, we believe they must be pure plant extracts. At HYAROMA, we source our essential oils from all over the world and choose partners that offer 100% purity and high-quality products that have not been sprayed or treated with any chemicals. Each of the essential oils are also personally tested to ensure the highest standards of quality and benefits for your use.

Are essential oils safe for children?

Essential oils can be wonderful for children and we recommend only using 100% pure essential oils on children. Children are more dedicate therefore, it is recommended to start with diffusion than topical application.

For children 5 to 10 years old, essential oils may be used by diluting them with carrier oils. We recommend a 1 to 2% dilution rate, meaning 5 to 12 drops of essential oil per 30ml of carrier. The younger the child, the lower the dilution rate. A 5 year old recommended dilution would be a 1% whereas an older 8 to 10 year old might be more towards the 2% blend, depending on the child's constitution and weight.

As everyone reacts differently to essential oils, It is best always to test a small area first.

Are essential oils safe for elderly?

We have so much love for the ones who have paved the way for us! Naturally, within the aging process, those who have delicate and fragile skin will have more things to be aware of when beginning the use of essential oils.

Be sure to always contact your healthcare provider before using essential oil, as it could have adverse effects if used in conjunction with prescribed medication.

But of course, aromatherapy can be wonderful and renewing at any age! We do recommend using a 1 to 2% dilution rate for our elderly, meaning one should provide 30 to 60ml of carrier with 5 to 10 drops of essential oil.

Do I need to keep my essential oils in the refrigerator?

There is no need to keep your essential oils in the refrigerator. However, we do advise keeping your oils in a cool, dark location and away from direct sunlight to reduce the risk of oxidation.

Can I use HYAROMA essential oils in other diffuser?

Our essential oils can be used in most ultrasonic and atomizing diffusers. Simply follow the usage guidelines of the diffusers for the best aromatic experience.
